Welcome to Employers Section

Registration as an Employer is at two levels. The initial registration allows an Employer to (a) access our worker search facility, and (b) use our self-service facility to advertise contract jobs to our registered contractors. Refer to our Business Model flowchart (PDF File) to see a snapshot of how it works. Registration is simple and the details we ask are not much more than what you have already probably provided to the White/Yellow Pages.

We do require, however, the name and position of your contact person. We appreciate that this is confidential information, and will therefore ensure that such details are not disseminated to any other parties.

Before we provide a user name and password, we will need to establish that you are a bona fide organisation. The turnaround time for this is usually about 48 hours. We may run a number of checks on your business via the web, for example, your ABN details or your ASIC returns, all of which are publicly available on the web. There is a refundable charge of $99 for registration. The $99 is refunded when you start using our employment service.

It is a condition of use of this website that you use it for the sole purpose of finding suitable contractors for your work entity. You should be aware that when you advertise contract positions on this site, you must not be in breach of any relevant legislation and common law in relation to what is written in your advertisement. You are also reminded here that it is your responsibility to protect the password and the user name given to you from disclosure to unauthorised individuals. You are to use our Security Statement published on this site as a guide to fully securing your transactions with us.

Once you are registered, your entity name, industry, suburb and website address (if any) will appear on our public list of registered employers. This list of registered employers informs our prospective contractors of the "market place" that they might wish to avail themselves.

When you wish to use our Employment Service, you will need to provide us with your banking details via this site, and complete and fax to us our Direct Debit Request form, which can be downloaded from the Resources section. When we have received your fax, we will perform a credit reference check on your organisation before granting you access to use the service.

Although our business has been designed to facilitate an efficient 'self-service' by our Client companies and contractors, we recognise that customer service will be important for many. We intend to provide excellent customer service, and we welcome your suggestions as to how we can be more effective in meeting and exceeding your expectations.
