How to search for contract positions on this site

There are several ways to begin searching for a relevant contract position. The Contract Job Category, Date Posted, and Keyword Search are three ways to indicate your preferences. Keyword is a mandatory entry which trawls through the Job Descriptions of all advertised contract jobs on the database.

Contract Job Category
If you are looking for positions within a particular category, click on one of the categories listed here. For a broader search, do not click on any of the categories.

Date Posted
Use this to narrow your job search by the date range that the job positions have been posted by our registered employers. If you wish a broader search, do not click on any of the selections.

Keyword Search
Keywords that are relevant are words, phrases, terms, etc. that describe technical and professional experience. In the Workers database, the search trawls through the job descriptions of all contract job positions submitted by our registered employers.

Examples of keywords include UNIX, programmer, SAP, accountant, finance, management, service. By typing in keywords that describe the skills set or experience required in a contract position you are seeking and by clicking on the Search button, listings of suitable contract positions in the database containing your keyword are retrieved for you to view.

Click on the contract position, via the mouse over the job title (in blue), to view the detailed job advertisement. You can then communicate with the advertiser directly, if you so wish.
